I love using frozen chicken breasts in my meals. I love it even more when they’re already cooked and I can just grab some and throw them in a quick dish. Here’s what I do: I put however many in a baking dish and season them with Complete Season and throw them in the oven until they’re done.
I then slice them into strips, put the strips in a pan and into the freezer they go.
Once they are completely frozen I put them in a ziplock bag and seal. They are now ready for quick meals and salads. When I want some I just take out my desired amount and nuke em for a minute or so.
